Compensation Package: Competitive Base Range $150,000 - $170,000, Uncapped Commission, Bonuses, Stock Options, Benefits, 401k, and more!
Specific offers within the listed pay ranges are determined by a variety of factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- This leadership position within the sales organization is responsible for leading a team of Premier Account Directors.
- The VP of Premier Accounts will execute the company sales strategy to maintain and grow the revenue of existing accounts while identifying and closing new premier accounts.
- The individual will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of tenured successful individual contributors.
- Direct customer contract and moderate travel expected in this role.
Qualifications:
- We’re looking for candidates that welcome a challenge, are motivated, driven and exhibit great work-ethic.
- It’s not about the number of years of experience you have; it’s about what you accomplished in those years of experience.
- Candidate must have strong team leadership and management experience and MUST have experience managing a revenue-based defined account list.
- Candidates must have a proven record of selling Transit, Transport, and WAN services to Carriers and large enterprises globally.
- Proficiency with metrics analysis including; conversion ratios, pipeline velocity and forecasting.
- Proficiency with PC based applications such as Word, Excel and CRM Systems.
- A college degree is preferred.
Work Environment: This is an in-office position five days a week to best support your success, allowing for focused mentorship, training, and personal coaching.
