Compensation: [Starting / Initial] Base Salary Pay Range: $80,000-$100,000/yr.

Specific offers within the listed pay ranges are determined by a variety of factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and business needs.

Maintain integrity of critical site facilities and Cogent Hubs, including:

• Power (industrial/ large commercial)
  • Commercial power switch gear
  • Emergency power generation
  • Uninterruptible Power Supplies
  • DC Plant
  • Battery Plants
  • Air Quality (EPA compliance)
• HVAC (industrial/ large commercial) – including
  • Centrifugal, Screw, and other various compressor types
  • Air Handling and distribution systems
  • Self-contained package units
  • HVAC control and systems
  • Cooling towers and other condensing systems
• Fire Systems
  • Alarm systems, codes and regulations
  • Fire suppression systems
  • Clean Agent
  • Water Systems, pumps, flow control
  • CO2 sensors
• Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • System and administration
  • Programming
  • System Architecture
  • Network trouble shooting
  • Peripheral devices

Qualifications:

Required:

• 10 + years of experience in facility management with a skillset of diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues and finding solutions to correct facility system problems

Preferred:

• 5 + years of experience with project management/project implementation supporting less experienced engineers
• 10 + years working directly with vendors and reviewing vendor methods of procedures
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
