Manager, Billing Operations - Washington, DC

  • Supervise new order validation, monthly bill runs, and customer ticketing
  • Preparation of monthly billing for existing and new orders & coordination with third-party billing service
  • Generate and perform analysis of revenue reports
  • Respond to and manage customer billing inquiries by telephone, e-mail, and hard copy
  • Supervision and management of billing analysts
  • Completion of monthly closing checklists including confirmation of direct reports task completion
  • Participate and organize periodic team meetings to review issue status and monthly billing calendar
  • Develop and present process improvement suggestions to Senior Management team


  • Proven experience managing and supporting a billing team.
  • Proven experience in coordinating issues across multiple internal organizations
  • Proven experience in successfully resolving customer issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Great Plains and ticketing systems a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree

Work Environment:

To best support your success, this is an in-office position five days a week, allowing for focused mentorship, training and personal coaching.
